Staff were very amiable.
Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had wonderful 4 days overall. The room was reasonably large and quiet, featured an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus. The location of this hotel just next door to the Gaiety Theatre, the ferry terminal and the promenade of Douglas, and the park was magnificent. Besides, it was 4 km away from St Doulagh's Church.

The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the essentials like a kettle, TV, and even a trouser press. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation and everything I needed nearby. The hosts, Megan and Patrick, were the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered during my travels. They made me feel welcome and ensured I had a wonderful stay.
One thing that could have made the breakfast better was having a clear labeling system for the items in the shared fridge.

The location was great, being close to the sea. , Megan, the owner, was lovely and very helpful. It was interesting to learn that she and her husband had recently taken over the business. The bed was comfy and the room was pleasant.
The exterior of the guest house needs some work as it looked a bit grotty. The interior decor was dated and the electrics didn't seem up to modern standards.
